By the time you are ready to sleep, every light in the house feels too strong: the overhead too bright, the phone screen too blue, the hallway switch a small shock on the way back to bed. Rosette™ offers the gentlest light there is, a warm LED set inside a solid drum of Calacatta Viola marble, so the glow has to pass through the stone before it reaches the room. What comes out is not a beam but candlelight held in rock, with each violet vein lit from behind like a lantern. Tap the top once and it is on; tap again and the room is dark. There is no switch to search for and no click loud enough to wake anyone.

Utunzaji

Dust with a dry cloth. Remove fingerprints with a barely damp cloth and dry the stone straight afterwards, because marble is a natural stone and is best kept dry. Keep harsh cleaners and acids away.

Nyenzo

One drum of natural Calacatta Viola marble, with a blush ground and violet-grey veining, polished smooth, around a warm LED core. The stone is natural, so the veining of every lamp is unique.

How is it switched on?
Tap the flat top of the stone once for on and again for off. The sensor is under the marble top, so there is no button or switch to find in the dark.
What supplies its power?
It charges by USB and then runs without a cord, so it can stand on a nightstand, a shelf or the dinner table with nothing trailing behind.
Is each lamp unique?
Yes. The body is cut from natural Calacatta Viola marble, so the blush ground and violet veining fall differently on every lamp, and no two are alike.
Does it provide enough light for reading?
No, and it is not meant to be. Rosette™ is an ambient light: as warm as a candle, low and calm, made for winding down, night feeds and dinner tables and not for reading print.
Vipimo vyake ni vipi?
Ø 8.5 cm and 6.3 cm tall, about the size of a teacup with the weight of solid stone. It fits wherever a mug would.
How is it packed for delivery?
The stone is shipped suspended in moulded foam inside a double-walled box. If it arrives in less than perfect condition, photograph the box and contact us, and we replace it.
